100% organic cotton velour top and our natural 100% organic cotton jersey back. Inside the pad are two layers of thick 100% organic cotton fleece, which gives you medium absorbency for your average menstrual flow days, as well as a thin waterproof layer to protect you from leaks. The shape of the pad will hug your body, and the double poppers secure underneath and prevent any sideways slippage.
