A nice thick pad for your heavier menstrual flow days. This is a nice sage green organic cotton velour on top, with four inner layers of organic cotton fleece inside as well as a hidden strip of waterproof PUL. Backed with our natural organic cotton jersey, making this a good eco-friendly vegan pad, which is machine washable up to 60'. The hourglass shape of the pad hugs your body, and the double poppers make it very secure.

Many HYF customers use our sanitary pads for weak bladder issues as well as menstrual flow.

The velour top is so soft against my skin, and the sage green shade makes it look less clinical than other pads I've tried. I appreciate the four inner layers for heavy days—it's thick but I never felt any dampness.

The four inner layers of cotton fleece really do soak up a lot, way more than the thin disposable ones I used before. Only downside is it takes a while to air dry after washing, so I'd grab two if you bleed heavy.
