The Me Luna Classic is soft, has good elasticity, and is suitable for most women. It is easy to use. Made in Germany from TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)  The Ring style is probably the best option for a total beginner, as it easy to grab onto!

All Me Luna cups come with full instructions of how to insert and how to clean. They also come with the purple/black storage pouch that you see in the photo.
 
The X Large cup is suitable if you are over 170cm (5'5),  medium or heavy frame/build, and have had two or more vaginal births; also if you are over 170cm (5'5), heavy build with one or two vaginal births.

I was nervous about switching from pads, but this cup is soft enough that insertion wasn't painful at all. The TPE material has a nice bit of elasticity to it, so it pops open easily once it's in. Honestly wish I'd made the switch years ago.
