In case you need to supplement the Slim Mega Sandwich with even more absorbent layers, choose another round insert to go in the front end of your pad, or another full length one. These additional inserts will see you good for several more gushes!
I grabbed an extra round insert for the front and it made a huge difference on my heaviest days. The absorbent layers hold up way better than I expected, no leaks at all.
Doubling up with the full length insert on heavy days made a huge difference, no more changing every two hours. It lays flat in the front end and doesn't bunch up when I move around.
I wasn't sure if the extra round insert would feel bulky, but it slides right into the front end and adds just the right amount of coverage where I need it most. The full-length one is a great backup for heavier nights, and having spares on hand makes the whole system feel more secure.
