Get to know your cycle with these attractive fridge magnets, and help your family/ flatmates understand it more too.
This is the Waxing Moon - the inner Spring - or the Follicular phase, the phase after your period.
Learn about how you might be feeling and what you might need during this energised phase of your cycle.
My flatmates finally stopped asking why I'm tired every month, thanks to this. The waxing moon magnet shows the follicular phase clearly, and the colors make it easy to spot where I am in my cycle. It's been a small but genuinely useful addition to our kitchen.
I love how this magnet makes my cycle phases visible to my housemates without a big conversation—the crescent design is both pretty and educational.
Stuck it on the fridge near the coffee maker, and my flatmates actually stop and read it now. The 'Waxing Moon / inner Spring' label makes the follicular phase feel less clinical—such a simple way to get everyone on the same page.
